Important Information about Imagine Schools on Broadway
Imagine Schools on Broadway has been identified for Year 1, Focused Improvement Status by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE), based on ISTEP performance. A school is identified for improvement after it has not made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two consecutive years.
Imagine Schools on Broadway is now offering FREE TUTORING for your child through our Supplemental Educational Services Program:
After receiving your request for services, a meeting will be set up with you and the tutoring provider to create learning and achievement goals for your child.

Imagine Schools on Broadway is now offering FREE TUTORING for your child through our Supplemental Educational Services Program:
- Your child is eligible if:
- He/she receives free/reduced price lunch, and
- Did not pass ISTEP+ (or other measure of academic success).
- Tutoring may take place after school, on the weekends, or during the summer.
- Tutoring may take place at a variety of locations (e.g., at the school, libraries, community centers, online, child’s home, etc.) depending on the provider selected.

Choice: We do not have any schools for Choice to offer. We were not able to arrange any agreements with neighboring districts.
Supplemental Educational Services is a free tutoring program for first through fifth grade students that qualify. In order to qualify a student must not have passed ISTEP+ in the Spring of 2011 or did not benchmark on DIBLES in Fall of 2011 and is on a free or reduced lunch plan. Letters will be sent out in October on 2011. In order for your child to receive these free services, you must have the enrollment form turned in to the school by October 28, 2011.
Supplemental Educational Services (SES): The number of students eligible for this free tutoring is 247. With a budget of $44,227.29 and a PPE of $1,342.58.
We currently have 22 kids receiving tutuoring services. We have $13999.69 left to spend which allows us to provide services to 10 more students.
